About Me
I am a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist with 15 years’ experience working in mental health, across both the NHS and Higher Education. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based practice. I aim to support individuals and couples to unlock their potential by developing greater self-awareness, understanding how unhelpful cycles have developed over time, and finding ways to shift or break them.
While grounded in CBT, my work is flexible and responsive, integrating tools and techniques to suit each person’s needs. Above all, I believe therapy is a shared process, one that supports you in moving toward greater understanding, self-acceptance and meaningful change.
I provide a safe, respectful and supportive space in which clients can explore their concerns, identify specific needs, and work through difficulties. My practice is inclusive and sensitive to the beauty and complexity of identity and lived experience. Areas of particular interest, but not exclusive to, include low self-esteem, anxiety, PTSD, relationship issues, and experiences related to race, culture and belonging.
